Power of positive thing in life

I always had an earnest desire of expressing positivity in life. All of us yearn to live a happy, joyful and stress free life. But is that the reality? Each one of us knows the fact that is not possible at all times. But there is a way to bring about positivity in one’s life, when one loses hope and in despair .The brain is a wonderful machine which keeps track all the incidents that is happening in one’s life.This includes happiness,grief,surprise,mystery ,humor ,sacrifice, deceit, love and anger etc.But the irony is that our mind always focus on negativity at things instead of looking at the positive things that is hidden in our subconscious life.It is indeed very easy to look for the positive things rather than crying and sobbing for the negative things.Yes!.It is not always to keep smiling at all times.But we can train our mind to think positive to make us feel comfortable and happy.I remember reading a book by Dr Sukhabodhananda wherein he given an excellent lectures on positivism and healing techniques.One such thing which inspired me is that when we see a film or a story which has tragedy and unpleasant storyline,we generally deviate from that situation and try to come out of that particular uncomfortable feeling.In short we move our mindset from the unhappy zone to a calm zone.I always try to follow this technique and try to position myself in positive thinking.Believing in good,positive things can definitely bring out positive change in life.This gives us confidence to face the grief stricken situation.Praying to God and believing his eternal super power will not give you confidence but will also give you the peace and inner strength.

                                I also believe in what I have said and trying to practice which is giving me results.I also have experienced tough times in life where in I was completely lost and completely demotivated. I owe this blog to my dear mom who keeps the fuel of positive vibrations 
 in her life.She is a great source of inspiration to me as she keeps me sharing the art of carrying positive things in life.Music is one excellent way of alleviating the sadness and pours in joy and peace on hearing it.Always We have to remember the fact that “This too will pass”.Always "Believe in yourself"
